Cancellation policy -

More than 4 hours before the start of your consultation:

Please either call the clinic or use our contact page if you want to change your booking and there will be no charge.

Between 4 and 1 hours before the start of your consultation:

If you want to change the appointment between 4 and 1 hours of its start time, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the original cost.

1 Hour before the start of your consultation:

Apologies, you cannot change a booking within one hour of its start time. You will have to make a new booking and pay the full fee if you cancel within this period.
